Students can take advantage of the health service facility at the Student Health Center (PKM) without going outside the campus area. Located on the 1st floor, students can seek medical treatment at a very affordable cost along with medicine.

  • Talent For France Competition (International, First Place)

Talent For France (TFF) is an ideas competition held by LaFrench Tech. Our students have submitted their ideas on November, 18th 2018. The committee of TFF announced the IPMI Team as finalists and invited them to pitch the project in front of French startups and sponsor companies in Paris on January, 17th 2019.

  • JENESYS 2018, 23rd Inbound Program, Japan

JENESYS2018 is a people-to-people exchange program between Japan and the Asia-Pacific region. Approximately 3,500 people participate in this yearly program. It is a successor program of JENESYS 2015, JENESYS 2016, JENESYS 2017 and JENESYS 2018. The objective of this program is to to promote mutual trust and understanding among the peoples of Japan and the Asia-Pacific region, to build a basis for future friendship and cooperation as well as to encourage an understanding of Japan’s economics, society, history, diverse culture, politics and diplomatic relations.

  • UNOSSC-Entrepreneurship Academy, Hong Kong (International, 1, 2 and 3rd Place)

The event is organized under the platform of the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation (UNOSSC) – Youth for South as part of its activity for the Asia-Pacific region. Previous piloting events were convened in 2018 by the same organisers. The guidelines for the South-South entrepreneurship academy include convening two events annually each with a specific theme. At this event, a group of students presented their innovative ideas in front of the panel from the United Nations office of South South Cooperation of the United Nations (UNOSSC).

The first winner of the students group competition was led by Bella Scholastica. The idea was creating a platform for international online tutoring for Hongkong students, especially for those who are taking their DSE test. They won a prize of HKD 800.

The second position was won by Angelica Giovanni Gunarto. The idea was creating a platform to invest in the agricultural sector. They won a prize of HKD 200.

The third winner was granted to a group led by Lintang Tiara. Their idea was to create an art application which serves the youth, to help tackle the emerging mental health issues, by bridging people through artworks. Raynaldo Kharismananda also led a group of students with the idea on Art Marketplace and also how to hire artists through a single platform.

  • HSBC Business Case Competition 2019 (International, 3rd Place)

The HSBC Business Case Competition is a competition organized together between PT. Bank HSBC Indonesia and Putera Sampoerna Foundation designed for undergraduate students. This competition is aimed to find the sharpest business minds of Indonesia’s future leaders and prepare them to compete as the country’s representative in the International Grand Final competition in Hong Kong. Case studies and research are released and organized by the Asia Case Research Center (ACRC) for undergraduate students.

This year, the event takes place on April 27th and 29th, 2019. There were two main events on April, 27th 2019. They are the preliminary round of the competition and a seminar about creative business that leads to the competition itself. Reputable business persons were present as the speakers for the seminar.

  • IFRAPRENEUR Business Concept Competition 2019 (National, 2nd place)

IFRA is an event hosted by the Indonesian Franchise Association and organized by Indonesia’s largest Event Organizer, PT. Dyandra Promosindo. This year is the 17th year IFRA is hosting the event and they have requested IPMI students to join the competition and Entrepreneurship Seminar.

The Entrepreneurship Seminar is to help preparing the students to join a Business Concept Competition in July 2019. The Competition itself is part of the International Franchise License & Business Concept Expo & Conference (IFRA).

The objective of IFRA is to facilitate franchise and licensing opportunities and turning business ideas into real and concrete business. For the past years, IFRA has succeeded in bringing thousands of business owners, entrepreneurs and investors to attend the event. Last year’s winners were BINUS, UMN and Esmod, Jakarta.

  • Business Plan Competition of South-South Entrepreneurship Academy Second Cohort 2020 on Sports and Entrepreneurship (International, First Runner-up)

This business case competition is held by UNOSSC. The training took place over two days and consisted of lectures and workshops where the speakers and trainers included entrepreneurs who shared their experiences in starting a sports business. Former and active professional sport players shared their knowledge on sport technologies required to improve their performance and health. Following the training completed on 6 December, participants were randomly placed in groups of three. Eight groups put together a business idea and a business plan in one week. The groups presented their plans in the Business Plan Competition on the 12th December. Innovative ideas were presented to the panel of five judges who included entrepreneurs, an alumnus of the South-South Entrepreneurship Academy, an academic, a startup incubator manager and a venture capital analyst.
