Trisnohandoko dan Deddy Mahyarto Kepala Human Capital Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen IPMI. Rangkaian kegiatan  dilaksanakan di Puridani pada hari Jumat tanggal 13, 19, dan 27 Januari 2023 bertempat di Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen IPMI, Jakarta Selatan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify,\"><span style=\"background-color: unset, text-align: inherit,\">Untuk dapat memiliki keunggulan bersaing, organisasi harus mampu mengelola perilaku-perilaku dan hasil-hasil kinerja dari seluruh karyawan.
